Can I place an order by email?
No. All orders must be placed online through our web site.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No. You do not need to create an account to place an order. Once you have put all of your items in your shopping cart, select 'Guest Checkout.' Please note that placing an order using 'Guest Checkout' will not allow you to track the status of your order online.
How do I change my account details?
To change your account details, go to My Account and sign into your account using your email address and password. Click 'Account Details' and update your details and remember to 'Save Changes'.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
To reset your password, please visit My Account, select 'Sign in' and 'Forgotten Password.' You will be asked to enter the email address linked to your account. An email will be sent to that address with a link to reset your password.
Can my order be gift wrapped and/or include a gift message?
Yes, complimentary gift wrap is available for all items purchased on the now web site.
All orders come packaged in a brown kraft paper box with the now logo, tied with a black satin ribbon. Within the box, the items are attached to a black flocked velvet presentation card and accompanied by a special message card.
If the gift will be shipped directly to the recipient, please enter your desired personal message at checkout; we’ll print it on the card and include it in the package. Otherwise, we’ll include a blank the now greeting card for you to write a personal message.
How will I know that the now has received my order?
Once you have placed an order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email. Please contact customercare@thenowstudios.com with your order detail if you do not receive this email.

How do I find out more information about an item?
We include as much information as possible within the product page for each item. On each product page, there is a complete description and detailed information about exact dimensions and composition, as well as a link to care instructions. How do I know what size to order?

What is a back-ordered item?
Back-order items are items that are currently out of stock but in production. Back-order items will have an estimated availability date shown on the product details page. Please note that this is an estimated date and actual delivery may be earlier or later. Back-order items will be charged for payment at the time they are ordered. You will receive an email from us with the order confirmation and a subsequent email when the item is shipped.
Will I find different prices in other stores?
All pricing shown on thenowstudios.com is our current Suggested Retail Price for the item.
Prices are subject to change. the now reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made using the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. You can also pay via Paypal.
The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Any order shipped to an address within Florida will be charged the applicable state sales tax.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. With the exception of custom orders, all orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Typically, all in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours of order confirmation. It is not possible to cancel an order after shipping.
Custom orders can only be cancelled prior to production. Once production has begun, it is not possible to cancel a custom order.

SHIPPING
Where does the now deliver?
We currently deliver to all locations within the US via USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. We also may deliver to many overseas locations; all international locations are serviced via USPS Priority Mail Express International.
International customers please be aware that you may have to pay additional customs import duties and taxes.
What are the delivery charges?
Currently, we ship via USPS for all deliveries. We have found that they provide the most complete and expedited service. All packages are shipped with tracking numbers and full insurance.
We currently offer complimentary delivery to all locations within the US via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 day delivery).
USPS Express Mail with 1-2 day delivery to US addresses is available for an additional fee.
International shipping is currently offered via USPS Priority Mail Express International for an additional fee.

How much will I be charged in import taxes and duties?
Import and customs duties vary based on the delivery country and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the price of the item or in any of the additional shipping options offered on the website.

If items are in stock we aim to ship your order within 24 hours. Weekend & holiday orders will ship the following business day.

Can I collect my order in store?
No. At this time, we do not offer any in-store pick up service. All online purchases will be shipped to you directly.

Do you ship to multiple shipping addresses?
No. We can only ship your online order to one location. Please place separate orders for multiple delivery addresses.
Does the now deliver to US PO Boxes, Military Bases or Freight Forwarding Addresses?
Yes, the USPS delivers to US PO Boxes, Military Bases and Freight Forwarding Addresses.
Can I change my address on an order I have placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the address on an order already placed. However if your order has been placed within 24 hours it may be possible to cancel it and replace your order using another address. Please contact customercare@thenowstudios.com to find out more.
My order has been damaged on delivery, what should I do?
If your order has been damaged on delivery, please contact customercare@thenowstudios.com within 48 hours of delivery.
RETURNS
How do I return an item(s) I've ordered online?
We only offer returns for items that were purchased on thenowstudios.com. For detailed instructions on how to complete a return please visit our RETURNS section (here).
How do I return my international order?
Unfortunately at this time we do not accept returns for international orders.
How quickly do I need to return an item(s)?
A return authorization request to return a full price purchase must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the order.

Unless faulty, we are unable to accept returns on custom or items that are otherwise made to order.
Can I exchange an item?
No. At this time we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return your item and re-order the different product.

Jewelry is meant to be delicate, but with appropriate treatment and care you can help keep it looking beautiful for years to come.
We work with numerous materials, ranging from silk and natural fibers to natural stones to cast metal alloys; each material requires slightly different care.

Where can I have the now items repaired?
Sadly, sometimes jewelry breaks. Fortunately, most breakage is repairable. Please contact customercare@thenowstudios.com for further instructions on repair.
Beaded jewelry in need of repair after 21 days of purchase are charged a $20 restringing fee for bracelets and $30 for necklaces. Cost of lost beads are determined per item and charged accordingly.

RETURNS
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund. Defective or incorrect merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund; the defective nature of the item will be determined upon receipt.
We do not accept returns for special orders or customized items unless the item is found to be faulty.
Returns for reasons other than defective or incorrect merchandise will be subject to a $10 return processing fee.
We do not accept worn, used, altered or damaged merchandise.
All returned merchandise must retain all of its original packaging and tags. We are unable to accept your goods back without the original packaging and tags.
You must include the original commercial invoice that you received with your order.
We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.
Bracelets or necklaces on thread are intended to break and are not eligible for refund unless they arrive damaged. Bracelets and necklaces on silk, hemp, or linen are not eligible for refund after 7 days.

MAKING A RETURN
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which will be provided by our customer service team.
Please email customercare@thenowstudios.com and provide your order number, the details of the item that you wish to return, and the reason for return. A Return Authorization Number will then be provided by our customer service team.
This number must be written clearly on the exterior of the package. Returns will only be accepted with a valid Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return.

Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective.
For returns on items that were shipped using our complimentary shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at our returns processing center.

Refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be slightly higher or lower than the original price paid.
